The flags you see in the background of this website are Tibetan Flags. They fly constantly over the Himalaya Mountains. They are known as “Tibetan Prayer Flags“. It is believed that as they fray and release their tattered threads into the wind, so too is a prayer for Compassion, Harmony and Peace released into the world. Each of the five elements of life is represented by the color of each flag. Yellow represents earth, blue represents the sky, red represents fire, green represents water and White represents air.
The video played in the opening of the website is entitled “Return to Zero” by Jeff Reuppel. The edited soundtrack for this website is A sound clip from Addiel Pintueles a song entitled “Depth” from his CD “The Secret Place”.
Our lives sow seeds upon the minds and hearts of those we interface with. Like the flags, our bodies shall erode in time as we live out our precious gift of our life experience. But at the end of the day, It will be what we sow from our hearts that shall remain. As with the prayer flags, it shall only be the power of the prayers released into the wind that shall remain.
We cannot see the long string in the fabric of life we are weaving across this land. But we can determine if we are going to be like the flags of compassion and harmony, sowing seeds of peace moment by moment into the wind. Doing the best we can as we pull the consciousness of this world toward greater harmony, inclusion and love.
