Led a beautiful meditation today in honor of Peace extending loving kindness to all sentient beings including of course this beloved planet! This peace flag shown above has been all around the world, in places where great suffering exists as well as places where great love, hope, and joy are thriving. Today a circle of light was created around this flag and a blessing was sent out to all beings without judgment. This blessing includes YOU whoever you are where ever you are no matter what you have done or may require forgiveness for.
Peace can only emerge from the depths of our spiritual heart when we have the courage to see how we cause harm in the most subtle of ways. In this way, we are able to walk the walk of peace while freeing ourselves from judgment making a return to love.
In honor of PEACE, may you take a moment to examine yourself, your actions past, and present. May you express your amends to whomever amends is needed as long as to do so does not cause greater harm; regardless of what was done to you. Because this is about your heart not anyone else. You cannot be responsible for another’s journey, only your own.
